Student Diversity & Leadership Conference
The Office of Multicultural Student Affairs invites all KSU students to attend the 1st annual Student Diversity & Leadership Conference on Friday, March 24th 2017 from 10am - 4pm in Prillaman Hall on Kennesaw Campus. This conference will focus on preparing attendees to become effective leaders in a globally diverse society through facilitated workshops, activities, and roundtable discussions. RSVP Form below!
Conference presentations will cover a variety of topics including:
- Defining leadership and multiculturalism
- Creating an inclusive community environment
- How to effectively advocate for yourself and others
- How to use multicultural competency to achieve greater professional success
- ...and more
Tentative Conference Schedule:
10-11am Opening Session & Keynote Speaker
11-12pm Concurrent Workshop Sessions I
12-1pm Concurrent Workshop Session II
1-2pm Lunch Break - "The Commons" (attendees will recieve a lunch ticket)
2-3pm Concurrent Workshop Session III
3-4pm Closing Session

We want to give you an opportunity to present at this year's conference. If you, or your student group, have a 40-50 minute presentation that you would like to present at the conference, please click HERE to submit a presentation proposal.
