KSU Day of Service

The 2017 Day of Service is scheduled for Saturday, April 22nd from 8am - 12noon. To learn more and to register, please visit the KSU Day of Service website.

KSU’s Day of Service is an initiative that began in 2014 with numerous students, faculty, staff, alumni, and community members volunteering their time to say “thanks” to our community by participating in service projects in the surrounding community. Depending on the service site, volunteers can choose from activities ranging from light gardening and picking up litter, to trail maintenance and working at a local food pantry.  There are service sites available at both the Marietta and Kennesaw campuses.

This annual event is collaboratively organized by the Office of Volunteerism and Service Learning Support, the Office of Community Engagement, and a Planning Committee made up of students, faculty and staff.
